Your account

To keep Skribl safe, you agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others, or post hate speech.
  • Post illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights.
  • Spam, scam, or distribute malware.
  • Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or other accounts.
  • Scrape or collect data from the service without permission.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant Skribl a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, display and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. You're responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the rights to share it.

Moderation & termination

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe harm the community or the service. You can stop using Skribl and delete your account at any time.

Skribl is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will always be available, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skribl is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we'll update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
